On the Sixth Day of Crafting {Homemade Granola}
For years I've been making this recipe for homemade granola ~ a couple of years ago,
after my detox, I changed the recipe up quite a bit to reduce the sugar.
My boys love this ~ it's chewy and wholesome and great with milk or yogurt
and makes a wonderful gift for neighbors and friends!

Combine:
4 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups coconut
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
Combine these next ingredients and pour over oat mixture:
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix and bake at 350' for about 25 minutes
or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Store in airtight container.
(Any of these ingredients can be adjusted to taste/preference)

Yummy!
Sounds delicious. My husband is a granola fiend. This would be great because most commercial varieties have far too much sugar and I am trying hard to reduce our sugar intake.
Sounds delish! xx
Thank you for the recipe - I love homemade granola and am always searching for just the right recipe.
This looks and sounds delicious! I will be trying this for sure!
That looks so yummy. Sometimes I like to eat granola just as a cereal with milk.
